February 9th – National Sweater Day

national sweater day February 9th National Sweater DayIt’s time to turn down the heat, and turn up your sweater. On February 9, 2012 WWF is asking Canadians all across the country to unite together  to put on an extra sweater and turn down the thermostats, to increase action on climate change. Help Celebrate National Sweater Day

Turning down the thermostat 2 or 3 degrees can make a big difference especially if millions of people all participate.

So show your support by wearing the best sweater you own, turning down the haat and saving some money while your doing it. And encourage, your family, friends, classmates, colleagues and any body else that you know o do the same.

If you have any questions or comments about National Sweater Day, please contact WWF by email or by phone at sweaterday@wwfcanada.org1-800-267-2632.
